Products and Services AstroTail offers spiritual and wellness products for pets and their owners, including but not limited to: Custom pet collars and crystal cage pendants Personalized pet blankets and accessories Crystal purification services, tarot readings, and monthly subscription services Important Note on Customization Many of our products are made-to-order and personalized with your pet’s name, photo, or chosen crystal. Due to the custom nature of these items, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect. 3. Ordering and Payment All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. 4. Shipping and Delivery We ship from Hong Kong to customers worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to customs processing, especially for international orders. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Non-Custom Products You may return non-customized items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Custom & Personalized Products Due to the made-to-order nature, custom products (including engraved collars, photo blankets, and crystal selections) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Subscription Services Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle. 6. Product Claims and Disclaimers (Very Important) Crystal & Spiritual Products Disclaimer Our crystals, pendants, blankets, and related services are offered for personal, spiritual, and decorative purposes only. We make no claims that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or physical condition. When you submit photos of your pet for our #AstroTail Gallery or custom products: You grant AstroTail a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce those images on our website, social media, marketing materials, and packaging. You confirm that you own the rights to the submitted photos and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroTail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
